Job summary

Neocol is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead client-facing engagements, architect delivery plans, and drive successful outcomes for Salesforce projects. You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets while guiding teams and mitigating risks.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and practice development within a growing consultancy. Some travel is expected as the client base expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Salesforce projects as a consultant.
• Ability to manage client risk, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with both traditional and agile delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and own scope, schedule, and budget with client visibility.
• Mentor and guide Neocol delivery teams across engagements.
• Identify risks and manage escalation to executives when needed.
• Coordinate discovery, requirements, and change management activities.
• Foster strong client relationships and clear status communications.
• Share resources and maintain forecasts across projects.
