Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to guide complex Salesforce projects and programs. You will act as the primary client counterpart, champion servant leadership, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver tailored, AI-enabled solutions.

You will work with a remote, distributed team, driving project success while expanding client relationships and leveraging CrossCountry processes and assets for quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce projects to deliver on time and with high quality.
• Forecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately.
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigations to unblock work.
• Prepare client-facing status reports and manage project scope.
