Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Salesforce Data / ETL Developer for a remote (onshore US) contract engagement. The role focuses on managing large-scale Salesforce data operations, data quality, and governance within a multi-vendor, PHI/PII-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end data loads, transformations, validations, and remediation using Salesforce CLI, MuleSoft, and CRM Analytics. Collaboration with federal agency stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce data tools and ETL processes.
• Awareness of PHI/PII and data governance in regulated environments.
• Strong collaboration with clients, vendors, and federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Salesforce data operations end-to-end with CLI and tools.
• Triage data integrity issues and remediation in multi-vendor environments.
• Use MuleSoft to stage, sequence, and load data across systems.
• Support data quality reviews and analytics reporting with CRM Analytics and Data 360.
• Write Apex scripts for data operations when declarative tools aren’t enough.
• Maintain PHI/PII compliance and data sensitivity standards.
• Engage with client stakeholders professionally to communicate data work clearly.
