Job summary

Cook Systems seeks a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Data Engineer to design and develop ETL jobs and data integrations across the SDLC. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Development teams to ensure secure, bidirectional data movement using Salesforce Data Loader and Azure tools in compliance with HIPAA and federal security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering.
• 2+ years of Azure experience.
• 3+ years of SQL-based data integration development.
• Experience in ETL with structured and semi-structured data.
• Experience gathering requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and DevOps.
• Preferred: 2+ years with Databricks, Python, Data Governance, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SQL Server, and Snowflake in Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to model data for Salesforce repositories.
• Ensure data integrity within the HealthCloud application.
• Ingest, validate, and process data with business rules for Salesforce integration.
• Develop unit and integration test plans; conduct testing and evaluation.
• Develop code for Salesforce data integration with third‑party applications.
• Implement changes and provide post‑implementation support.
• Identify data-driven opportunities and advocate for beneficial changes.
• Evaluate and resolve critical data issues while complying with security policies.
