Job summary

Brooksource is actively seeking a Salesforce Developer for a federal government contract. You will contribute to enterprise-scale Salesforce development, guide best practices, and advance DevOps maturity in a secure, compliance-driven environment. Remote role for a 12-month contract, requiring U.S.

citizenship or permanent residency and the ability to obtain a government security clearance. You will work with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX, collaborating across internal and client teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, invokable methods, and metadata types.
• Experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control.
• Ability to conduct security-focused code and architectural reviews.
• Citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience supporting federal government clients (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise-scale Apex development patterns.
• Provide secure development best practices and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and data management issues using logs and debugging tools.
• Deliver unit testing best practices for Apex and Jest for LWC.
• Drive DevOps maturity and CI/CD optimization with Salesforce DX tooling.
• Collaborate with internal and client staff on security and compliance.
• Analyze organizational capabilities and recommend process improvements.
