FUSTIS LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Business Analyst for a 100% remote contract-to-hire opportunity. The candidate will translate business requirements into Data Cloud/Data 360 solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, and data teams.

The role focuses on data ingestion, mapping, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, analytics, and activation, ensuring Customer 360 alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 years overall experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce/enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Strong understanding of Customer 360 concepts.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of data integration, mapping, transformation, and quality concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and ecosystem components.
• Experience supporting UAT and QA/development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Identify and define Data Cloud/Data 360 use cases across customer data, CRM, marketing, sales, service, analytics, and personalization.
• Analyze data sources and understand how customer data is collected, transformed, harmonized, and unified.
• Collaborate with technical architects, Salesforce developers, data engineers, and administrators to define appropriate solutions.
• Support requirements around data ingestion, data mapping, data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
• Assist with defining and documenting the Customer 360 / Unified Data Model and business rules.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions.
• Create process flows, data-flow diagrams, functional specifications, and business requirement documents.
• Partner with QA teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, and UAT acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT, defect triage, validation, and production readiness.
• Analyze data quality issues and work with technical teams to identify root causes and remediation approaches.
• Communicate complex Salesforce and data concepts to business stakeholders in clear, understandable terms.
• Support continuous improvement and identification of additional Data Cloud/Data 360 use cases.
