Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to design, govern, and optimize enterprise CRM solutions, focusing on Salesforce data models, integrations, security, and SDLC compliance. You will lead architecture documentation, evaluate new Salesforce features, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy while guiding CoE initiatives and cross-team collaboration.

This full-time remote role requires residence in North Carolina and occasional onsite travel to the Home Office for key meetings,

Qualifications

Experience designing data models, integrations, and automation within CRM platforms.
Experience with telephony or contact center integrations.
Experience participating in Agile and SDLC processes.
Experience providing architectural guidance within project or team environments.
Experience conducting business process modeling or data analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Enterprise CRM Solutions across the organization.
Support the Salesforce CoE, governance, and SDLC reviews.
Align technology with business strategy and planning sessions.
Design and govern system integrations across Salesforce, telephony, data systems, and ERP.
Optimize platform performance, reliability, and data quality.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teams.
