Job summary

The Opus Group is seeking a remote Business Applications Architect to drive the technical design, data strategy, and governance of Salesforce and Certinia platforms for a global organization. You will partner with operations, finance, and external partners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in Salesforce architecture, strong data modeling skills, and hands-on experience with Certinia or similar native apps.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years designing in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Certinia PSA/ERP or similar native apps.
• Proven ability to model data and design large-scale integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWCs, and declarative automation.
• Experience with native AppExchange apps and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, data architecture, and scalability of Salesforce and Certinia environments.
• Lead architecture for new Certinia modules and Salesforce expansions.
• Design and maintain custom Salesforce data models and complex automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
• Provide governance and oversite for partners and internal teams.
• Enforce security controls, release management, and data governance.
