Job summary

AHEAD seeks a Certinia Architect to define and lead Certinia platform architecture and its integration with the Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands hands-on Certinia expertise, enterprise solution design, and strong business partnership across teams.

The architect will drive scalable patterns for PSA, Services Estimator, Revenue Management, and related Salesforce capabilities, guiding delivery partners and ensuring governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise apps.
• 5+ years hands-on Certinia experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Certinia PSA knowledge: projects, resources, timecards, budgets, milestones, and revenue processes.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: data modeling, security, APIs, declarative automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture and long-term technical direction for Certinia across PSA and related Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead scalable Certinia designs supporting services delivery, resource management, opportunities, and project financials.
• Advise business and tech leadership on platform strategy, investments, roadmaps, and standards.
• Translate complex requirements into practical Certinia architectures balancing out-of-the-box features, config, and custom development.
• Define and maintain Certinia data models, security, automation, reporting, and release management.
• Design and govern integrations between Certinia, Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and other apps.
