Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Architect on Salesforce.com projects
• Multiple Salesforce certifications required or strongly preferred
• Experience with middleware and APIs for integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Experience implementing, extending, and deploying Salesforce AppExchange apps
• Background working within Agile processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Salesforce packages
• Establish and follow best practices for collaborative development environments
• Maintain documentation and commenting (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Apply agile methodologies and full project lifecycles
• Uphold QA standards with manual testing, reviews, and test case creation
• Collaborate with PMs, lead developers, and BAs to gather requirements
• Stay current on platform best practices and emerging developments
• Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and implement changes
• Take ownership of tasks and drive tickets to completion
