Careforth, Inc. in Boston seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge product, dev, and business teams. You will document needs, analyze data, and drive Salesforce-focused enhancements with the product and Salesforce teams. This role emphasizes agile practices and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes.

You’ll contribute to training, documentation, and ongoing system improvements, supporting a remote-first, flexible work environment with a strong wellness program.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce core platform required, especially around custom work not reliant on cloud license features.
• Experience with Salesforce add-ons such as Shield, Conga, E-sign solutions, NIC.
• Experience with Salesforce development projects and understanding designs and limitations is a plus.
• Experience with process documentation and capturing requirements, including Jira tickets and Confluence write-ups.
• Experience working in a scrum/Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and system requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights to improve processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement new systems or enhancements.
• Work with Product Manager(s) and Salesforce team to write user stories, validate requirements, and support backlog and QA.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide training and user support for new features across Salesforce and related tools.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, healthcare tech trends, and compliance changes.
• Contribute to documentation libraries using Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and change management systems.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
