Job summary

Careforth, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge product, development, and business teams, with a focus on Salesforce.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions that improve care operations across the organization. Work with stakeholders in growth, clinical, care coordination, and operations to document needs, translate workflows, and support backlog and QA with the Product Manager and Salesforce team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce core platform.
• Experience with Salesforce add-ons and development projects.
• Process documentation and requirement capture (Jira/Confluence).
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document needs and system requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends to improve processes.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new systems or enhancements.
• Write user stories and support backlog and QA with Product Manager and Salesforce team.
• Translate healthcare workflows into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide training and user support for Salesforce and related tools.
• Stay updated on Salesforce changes and healthcare compliance.
• Contribute to documentation using Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart.
