ACG is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to help gather requirements, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. This remote-friendly role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with salary details disclosed below.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field or has equivalent experience and 2+ years in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst. Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in Salesforce as Administrator or Business Analyst.
Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding and Agile mindset.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality.
Gather, refine and drive requirements.
Build business stakeholder relationships.
Uncover needs through flow diagrams.
Facilitate requirements working sessions.
Clarify requirements for development and testing teams.
Prepare and review test cases.
Provide training for pre- and post deployment.
Maintain a refined backlog.
Participate in Agile ceremonies.
