Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize the Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape real-time insights using Tableau for our operations.

This role requires coordinating with offshore teams, crafting UX-friendly specifications, and guiding junior analysts. A strong background in enterprise reporting and cloud-based integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/BA IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack integration, and Tableau analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design sessions across business units.
• Write user stories, specs, and process diagrams for diverse audiences.
• Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Oversee Tableau analytics initiatives and Slack workflows integration.
• Support governance and release management for Salesforce updates.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration (IT emphasis) or equivalent experience
