Job summary

GAF is seeking a Business Analyst who will drive complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Data Cloud, and improve real-time insights with Tableau for operational teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, support IT governance, and contribute to release management across Salesforce updates in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross‑functional business units.
• Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
