Job summary

Prezent AI is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Revenue Operations platform, including Sales Cloud and CPQ. This fast-moving SaaS environment rewards hands-on experts who can work independently and translate business needs into scalable configurations.

The role is 100% remote with India-based candidates preferred; you will collaborate across India, US, UK, and APAC stakeholders, manage integrations, data quality, reports, and release cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in a SaaS environment.
• ADM 201 certification is required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud; CPQ or Service Cloud exposure is a plus.
• Experience with data quality, reports, dashboards, and user management.
• Excellent communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including CPQ and integrations.
• Manage day-to-day administration: users, permissions, profiles, roles, security.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
• Ensure data quality across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities.
• Configure reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CS to translate needs into configurations.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide training and documentation.
• Support release management, sandbox testing, and change management.
• 3+ years of admin experience; ADM 201 cert required; Admins work independently.
• Strong Sales Cloud knowledge; CPQ or Service Cloud exposure a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to prioritize multiple requests.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across regions.
