Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own and evolve our Salesforce platform, blending hands-on administration with light-to-moderate development focused on scalable automation and CPQ. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day admin tasks while architecting declarative and programmatic solutions as our footprint grows.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, implement CPQ workflows, evaluate AppExchange tools, and document configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology required.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification at minimum; advanced certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce org, including user management, security model, data quality, and reporting/dashboards.
• Design, build, and optimize Flows and other declarative automation.
• Implement Salesforce best practices around data architecture, change management, and governance.
• Configure CPQ workflows, including pricing rules, approvals, and templates.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AppExchange tools and third‑party integrations.
