GPS Insight, LLC is seeking a meticulous Salesforce Administrator to own CPQ configurations, product pricing, and approvals for a fast‑growing SaaS/ hardware offerings ecosystem. You will partner with RevOps, Finance, Sales, and Product to streamline quote-to-cash, maintain security, and implement AI-driven automations daily.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience including managing orders, contracts, and renewals
• Experience building quote approvals with Salesforce Advanced Approvals or Flow Approval Processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce security (profiles and permission sets) and Flow
• Regular use of AI tools (Claude or similar) in work and quality checks
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently with cross‑functional partners

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce CPQ configuration: products, bundles, price rules, discount schedules, templates
• Lead scalable price book model and admin maintenance
• Maintain direct and partner price books and update offerings
• Own quote and opportunity approval processes with thresholds
• Identify gaps in CPQ and deliver fixes for easier quoting
• Manage CPQ orders, contracts, renewals across lifecycle with RevOps/Finance
• Design security model including profiles and permission sets
• Set standards for user setup and access changes
• Build and maintain Flows and migrate legacy automation
• Contribute to org health and tech-debt reduction
• Scope work in Jira and follow sandbox-first release process
• Build reports/dashboards and support data imports/integrations
• Partner with Sales/CS/Product/Finance to translate needs into system improvements
• Use AI tools daily to analyze config, draft docs, and troubleshoot
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices
• Roll out AI-powered tools and automations
