Job summary

VXForward seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our remote team in the United States. You will design and build customer journeys, data models, and multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Qualifications

Extensive experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and middleware.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Build and optimize data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs.
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance marketing architectures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand lifecycle marketing requirements and campaigns.
Implement CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release processes.
