Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Salesforce Administrator based in the United States. This fully remote role supports a mission-driven organization across North America, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, automating workflows, and enhancing the user experience.

You will own data quality, security, documentation, and governance, while delivering training and user support to maximize Salesforce value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow automation, configuration, customization, and platform maintenance.
• Experience supporting third-party integrations and connected business applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including Flows, dynamic layouts, custom objects, actions, applications, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions delivering a high-quality user experience.
• Manage Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and Make.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives and data management practices.
• Create and maintain documentation on configurations and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and implement useful enhancements.
• Provide ongoing technical support and manage competing priorities.
