Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. The role involves designing scalable solutions, automating complex workflows, and improving the user experience for teams across North America.

You will own data quality, security, governance, and documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Flow, security, data quality, and change management.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, objects, actions, apps, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and intuitive UX.
• Manage security: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWDS.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
• Collaborate with partners/vendors to build cross‑platform functionality.
• Develop/test plans, manage sandboxes, and handle change control.
• Lead trainings and webinars for staff across North America to improve adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives and train users on data management best practices.
• Create documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
• Monitor releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
