Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, preferably in golf car parts or powersports.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with multiple dealer accounts in a given territory while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate and expand dealer accounts with outbound and digital channels.
• Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities aligning with promotions and new capabilities.
• Engage with key decision-makers at dealerships to uncover and convert prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track opportunity metrics to support sales strategy.
• Translate dealer needs into compelling value propositions for Red Hawk, RHOX, Admiral, DoubleTake.
• Coordinate with product, warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to drive growth.
• Review inventory and placement to optimize dealer SKUs and product placement.
