Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in golf car parts/accessories, powersports, outdoor power equipment, or related technical parts industries.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; NetSuite and CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation, forecasting, and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and implement existing Red Hawk brand strategies, promotions, programs, and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage dealer accounts through phone, internet, and in-person visits.
• Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate and expand dealer accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities by aligning with current promotions and new product capabilities.
• Prospect and convert new business with key decision-makers at golf car dealerships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in the CRM.
• Translate dealer needs into compelling value propositions highlighting quality, availability, and service.
• Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to position solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with product, warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to capture additional market share within the territory.
• Review SKU listings to optimize dealer inventory and product placement.
