Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage dealer accounts in the golf car parts niche. You will engage customers primarily by phone, internet, and targeted in-person visits, presenting Red Hawk, RHOX, Admiral, DoubleTake, and related lines to drive revenue.

You will plan and execute account strategies, identify opportunities, and maintain CRM data while collaborating with product, warehouse, and marketing teams to optimize share and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience in golf car parts or related technical industries.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with multiple dealer accounts in the territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase products and address dealer needs.
• Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate and expand dealer accounts.
• Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities based on promotions and new capabilities.
• Engage with key decision-makers to uncover and convert new business prospects.
• Maintain accurate account information in the CRM system and track opportunity metrics.
• Translate dealer needs into compelling value propositions highlighting quality, availability and service.
• Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to position solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with product, warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to capture additional market share within the territory.
