Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Specialist to manage dealer accounts with technical knowledge of golf car parts and electrical systems. The role emphasizes phone, internet, and targeted in-person visits to grow revenue and deepen relationships.

You will develop sales plans, identify opportunities, and collaborate with product, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and superior service across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in golf car parts or related industries.
• Strong ability to build long-term dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; NetSuite and CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent forecasting, analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and implement Red Hawk brand strategies, promotions, programs, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage dealer accounts through phone, internet, and in-person visits.
• Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate dealer accounts.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and align with current promotions.
• Prospect and convert new business with key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track opportunities.
• Analyze dealer needs to craft value propositions.
• Stay informed on product offerings and market trends.
• Collaborate with product, warehouse, customer service, and marketing.
• Pursue market expansion and optimize inventory placement.
• Review SKU listings to improve share position and placements.
