Qualifications

• Broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, healthcare administration, supply chain, or similar.
• Undergraduate student with curiosity, motivation and professional development drive.
• Rising sophomore, junior or senior at the time of the internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and other teams.
• Lead or support a 10-week project focused on process improvement, customer solutions or decision-support resources.
• Gather and analyze data, assess processes, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
• Assist with customer, contract, sales, account management and operational initiatives to improve experience.
• Present final project findings and business impact to stakeholders and leaders.
