Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, healthcare administration, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Rising undergraduate students preferred; must not require sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other Health Systems and Government Services teams.
• Lead or support a 10-week business-impacting project focused on process improvement, customer solutions, or sales enablement.
• Gather and analyze data, identify trends or gaps, and develop recommendations aligned with objectives.
• Assist with customer, contract, sales, account management, and operational initiatives to improve experience and visibility.
• Prepare and present final project findings and business impact to stakeholders at internship end.
• Participate in mentorship, onboarding, mid-summer evaluation, and conversion planning conversations.
