Job summary

Cencora is offering a 10-week paid Sales & Support internship in a remote USA setting with a June 21, 2027, start and August 27, 2027, end date. You will gain hands-on exposure to healthcare distribution, account management, and cross-functional operations while contributing to real business initiatives.

Interns will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams, lead or support projects, develop professional skills, and participate in mentorship and conversion

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, healthcare administration, supply chain or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other Health Systems and Government Services business teams.
• Lead or support a 10-week business-impacting project focused on business process improvement, customer solutions, operational effectiveness, sales enablement, or decision-support resources.
• Gather and analyze data, assess current processes, identify trends or gaps, and develop recommendations that support team and organizational objectives.
• Assist with customer, contract, sales, account management, and operational initiatives that help improve customer experience, business visibility, and team effectiveness.
• Prepare and present final project findings, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders and leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
• Participate in professional development, networking, mentorship, onboarding activities, mid-summer evaluation, final evaluation, and conversion planning conversations.
