UnitedHealth Group is offering a 10–12 week Sales Representative Internship in Indianapolis, IN. The program runs full-time, Mon–Fri, with on-site and remote options within the U.S.

You will gain exposure to healthcare sales, CRM tools, and teamwork under experienced leaders, while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and staying enrolled during the internship. Start date is 6/1/2027 for unlicensed interns or 6/8/2027 for licensed entrants.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must be actively enrolled for the duration of the internship; not intended for graduating seniors.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn about inbound health insurance call center operations, systems, and processes.
• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing insurance products.
• Update the CRM with customer information and transfer qualified calls to the appropriate team.
• Prepare and deliver a final executive presentation and participate in mentoring opportunities.
