This US remote role requires collaboration with sales and marketing, providing product information and quotations, and keeping CRM records up to date to sustain a strong pipeline. Stay current with industry trends and assist in creating sales collateral and tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
• AS in Business or related field preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and call-down campaigns.
• Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they meet the company's criteria.
• Facilitate the sales process through funnel driving and closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and refine lead qualification process.
• Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
• Understand the features, advantages, and benefits of our products to communicate value to clients.
• Coordinate with outside sales to ensure seamless customer experiences and share insights from interactions.
• Assist in creation of sales collateral and tools to support the selling process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Engage in up-sell opportunities with existing accounts where appropriate.
• Implement Ralliant Business System (RBS) tools and methodologies to drive sales excellence.
• Engage in regular training and upskilling sessions on FBS methodologies.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions using RBS principles to identify bottlenecks and solutions.
