Job summary

Tazapay is a Singapore-based B2B payments startup enabling cross-border trade for SMBs. This remote role partners with technical teams at major customers, including marketplaces and platforms, to guide integrations with Tazapay’s API and deliver a stellar end-to-end experience.

You’ll combine software development, architecture, and business sense to drive high-quality integrations, mentor customers, and influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Background in a similar customer-facing engineering role (e.g. solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer).
• Excellent ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years of experience with a strong coding background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tazapay sales teams to understand user requirements and communicate how Tazapay can solve their business and technical challenges, from high-level architecture to code implementation
• Interface directly with our largest users’ technical teams, serving as their primary technical point of contact during integration
• Create technical content (documents, diagrams, sample code, tests, etc.) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices
• Help improve our products, working with product teams to address customer feedback and getting your hands dirty and building solutions yourself
• Develop proof of concept applications built on top of our API; present technical demonstrations, and help customers make the most of their integration
