Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies is seeking a talented sales professional with a proven record of growing territories, developing relationships, and representing high‑value professional services. The Solution Consultant works with large law firms to promote IMS services and drives new revenue while expanding existing accounts.

This remote role supports east‑to‑west time zones and requires 2–5 years of sales experience in professional services, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 2–5 years of sales in a professional services firm (legal sales preferred)
• Experience selling litigation services is a plus
• Demonstrated success in creating revenue and managing accounts
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold IMS core values in daily activities
• Develop territory and account strategies to grow relationships with law firms
• Promote and sell all IMS service lines with confidence and clarity
• Conduct remote and field outreach to meet current and prospective clients
• Build strong relationships through client-focused communications and events
• Tailor discussions to the needs of large, regional, and boutique firms
• Drive awareness and preference for IMS via outreach and coordinated campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate new matters and ensure a seamless client experience
• Represent IMS at industry events to generate new opportunities
• Complete cross-training to effectively position IMS portfolio and services
• Develop and execute plans to meet sales quotas and territory goals
• Perform research on firms and litigators to identify opportunities
