Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies seeks a Sales Solution Consultant to grow a national territory, engaging large national law firms and smaller boutique practices. You will promote IMS services, build relationships, and drive新 revenue from a remote field-based role.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in legal or professional services sales, strong prospecting skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Travel is field-based, with a focus on quota attainment and client success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales preferred but not required).
• Experience selling litigation services is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in creating revenue and managing accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate IMS core values and develop territory strategies.
• Promote and sell all IMS service lines with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct daily field visits to meet current and prospective law firm clients.
• Build strong relationships through in-services, lunches, and events.
• Tailor discussions to the needs of large, regional, and boutique firms.
• Increase awareness through calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new matters and ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent IMS at industry events to enhance brand visibility and opportunities.
