Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position is available for candidates based in Arizona. Applicants must reside within this state to be considered.

Pay Details

• Starting salary is $45K with growth opportunities.
• Average earnings range from $55K-$75K, including commissions.
• Top performers can earn over $85K in their second year.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverage options to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid training over 16-18 weeks, including licensing.
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls; all inbound leads.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, approximately 11am-8pm CST.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
