Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position is available for candidates residing in Arizona. Applicants must live within this state to be considered.

Compensation Details

• Starting salary is $45K with growth opportunities.
• Average earnings range from $55K to $75K, including base salary and commissions.
• Top agents can earn over $85K from their second year onward.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16 weeks (licensed) or 18 weeks (unlicensed).
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• No cold calls, only inbound leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, approx. 11am-8pm CST.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
