Role Description

Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position is available for candidates based in Arizona. Applicants must reside within this state.

Pay Details

• Starting base salary is $45K with growth potential.
• Average earnings range from $55K-$75K including commissions.
• Top performers can earn $85K+ from their second year onward.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate seller with strong sales skills.
• Effective communicator with prospects and customers.
• Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Possess or obtain Property & Casualty License.

Position Details

• Paid training lasting 16-18 weeks, including licensing.
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls, only warm leads.
• Schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, e.g., 11am-8pm CST.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.

• Proficient in typing and PC use.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
