Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Temporary Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales Executives, Account Executives, and other GTM roles from a remote position in the U.S. You will partner with hiring leaders, build pipelines in technology services, SaaS, cloud, and CX domains, and guide candidates through the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of professional recruiting, with significant sales recruiting experience.
• - Experience recruiting Account Executives, Sales Executives, Client Partners, or similar quota-carrying roles.
• - Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently from sourcing to close.
• - Strong partnering with hiring managers and advising leaders when appropriate.
• - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
• - Strong interviewing skills to identify top sales performers.
