Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Recruiter to help scale the Sales Development org. You’ll own full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close, with autonomy to build the playbook. The SD team moves fast, with quota beats and regular promotions.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools to accelerate outreach, stay data-driven, and partner with stakeholders across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or a candidate-facing role, up to 2 years.
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written communication and EQ for handling sensitive info.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and experience at scale.
• Keep scorecards and materials aligned for consistency.
• Identify friction early and address it promptly.
• Leverage AI for drafting outreach and note summarization.
• Support sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
