Job summary

Agile IT is seeking a Sales Project Manager to drive a high-volume sales pipeline from prospect to close in a fully remote capacity. You will coordinate with marketing and sales to keep opportunities moving, maintain CRM data accuracy, and shepherd contracts (MSAs/NDAs) to signature while enabling smooth handoffs to delivery and ongoing client support.

You will be the organizer of the process, ensuring critical follow-ups happen on time, reporting trends to stakeholders and driving improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Strong data analysis skills to spot trends and drive improvements.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline health and monitor open opportunities from proposal to close.
• Report trends, objections, repeat business, and customer journey changes.
• Prioritize and assign follow-ups to ensure critical deals are pursued.
• Own CRM data quality in Autotask and Zoho, and maintain accurate records.
• Track MSAs and NDAs from draft to signature and file executed agreements.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to shorten cycles.
