Job summary

Agile IT, a Microsoft AOS-G partner and Cyber AB Registered Practitioner, is hiring a Sales Project Manager for a fully remote role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales.

You will keep the sales pipeline moving from prospect to qualified lead through quoting, follow-up, and ongoing support, with a focus on post-quote activities that stall deals. You’ll work autonomously in a remote environment, manage MSAs and NDAs, and help improve close rates and cycle times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Strong data analysis skills to spot trends and track progress.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Friendly disposition and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline health from proposal to close and monitor open opportunities.
• Report sales trends to marketing and management, and track customer journey changes.
• Prioritize follow-ups and direct account executives to critical next steps.
• Own CRM data quality in Autotask and Zoho, ensuring accurate records and financial data for reporting.
• Track contracts from MSAs to NDAs, following up with clients and stakeholders and filing executed agreements.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to shorten sales cycles.
• Lead special projects such as system integrations and vendor-related work from start to finish.
