Job summary

Voltus is seeking a Sales Productivity Specialist to partner with sales leaders and drive productivity at scale. This fully remote role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape how the sales organization operates across markets.

You will define strategies, coach teams, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to implement activation, data quality, and process improvements, with a path to leading the function as it grows.

Qualifications

• First-hand experience in B2B sales or other customer-facing role.
• Maniacally self-initiated with extreme attention to detail.
• Creative, cross-organizational problem solver.
• Adept at interfacing between sales, product, engineering, marketing, and more.
• Excellent project management skills with independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive key business outcomes and sales metrics by developing and implementing activation strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our sales process and industry to provide authoritative recommendations.
• Lead market/team strategy as a thought partner to Sales Leaders and deliver on that strategy.
• Identify gaps or opportunities for productivity improvements in collaboration with Sales leaders and analyze performance metrics.
• Seek cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Sales Operations, and other teams.
• Translate technical needs into scalable solutions enabling self-service for sales and customers.
• Serve as a conduit between the sales team and SMEs from other parts of the organization.
• Provide ad-hoc coaching for sales team members on tools and processes.
• Implement and improve deal data quality processes.
