Voltus is seeking a Battery Sales Manager to lead a team that contracts with customers and partners for batteries in the PJM market. You will work remotely, recruit and train Battery Sales Directors, and drive LOS and ESA deployments while collaborating with battery partners to scale MW capacity.

You will shape go-to-market strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable market impact as part of Voltus’s Partnerships Team.

Formación

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in energy.
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Familiarity with wholesale electricity markets, demand response programs, and batteries.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shaping approaches rather than waiting for a playbook.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams; experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, and train a team of Battery Sales Directors to win in PJM.
• Sell batteries directly to end customers and secure LOIs.
• Partner with customers and directors to deliver ESA execution and market registration.
• Feed market intelligence to evolve the battery offering.
• Iterate on the battery sales playbook with the team.
