Job summary

Big Brothers Tek LLC. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our customer base across New Jersey and nearby Pennsylvania. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and tailor proposals with our estimating and operations teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple opportunities from initial contact to close. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with occasional field participation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in fire alarm, security, construction, or building systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers, contractors, property managers, and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and follow up.
• Track sales leads, customer conversations, and opportunities.
• Represent Big Brothers Tek professionally at meetings and industry events.
