Big Brothers Tek LLC. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base across New Jersey and nearby Pennsylvania. We provide fire alarm, security, camera, access control, intercom, BDA, area of refuge, audio/video, network cabling, and inspection and maintenance services.

You will identify potential customers, build relationships, understand client needs, and coordinate with estimating/operations to develop proposals. Flexible work-from-home options available.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in fire alarm, security, construction, or building systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Identify and contact potential customers, contractors, property managers, and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and follow up.
• Track sales leads, customer conversations, and opportunities.
• Represent Big Brothers Tek professionally at meetings and industry events.
