High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to high-performance sales in the insurance industry.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate for sales.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding and guidance.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively articulate information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection and focus exclusively on high-value policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
