High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents desperate to make money and in urgent need of income.

  • Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require constant guidance and support.

  • Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Agents who are not coachable or possess a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our operations are all virtual, utilizing telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-caliber agents to join our team.
