High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• People who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, articulate, and communicates effectively.

• An agent comfortable discussing high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

• An agent who is motivated to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and/or Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
