We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales agents who are confident and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Agents who need to make money out of desperation.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.
Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.
Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
