High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

2. Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

3. Agents who NEED hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents selling low premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling traditional policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
