Job summary

BambooHR is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to optimize our partner motion, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners. You’ll enable sales teams with strategic guidance, project management, and tactical support across a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As an individual contributor within the Sales Ops team, you’ll drive initiatives, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement automated processes while collaborating with Salesforce admins, finance, and marketing operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct Sales Operations experience, including Partner Operations, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience with partner sales (resellers, brokers, referral partners).
• Data-driven approach to decisions, not relying on gut feel.
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.
• Result-oriented mindset focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work within the established Sales Operations team to drive results.
• Partner with partner managers, selling teams, and leadership to prioritize initiatives.
• Diagnose root causes of sales inefficiencies and scope solutions.
• Drive projects to completion with quality and adoption in mind.
• Simplify processes via automation and new tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Salesforce Admins, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Marketing.
• Provide frontline support to partner teams (reports, deals, sales admin tasks).
• Manage the sales tech stack including implementation, support, and vendor relationships.
